How to make a claim

Each of our horsebox insurers has a deicated claims service and you must ring the number provided when the policy was first issued to report any claims

You must also take all reasonable care to limit any further loss, damage or injury.

The following form is not compulsory and is only for the purpose of providing Carriagehouse Insurance with the details of the incident and is not an alternative to telephoning the insurance company. Please note that you must still telephone the insurer’s claim handlers to report your claim. PLEASE NOTE:  the form below is not an admission of acceptance of a claim by the Insurers and is purely for reporting information to Carriagehouse Insurance.
